April Speaker: Dr. Rita Renee
At the executive level, influence multiplies and accountability deepens. Many Christian leaders sincerely profess Christ as foundational in their lives. Yet under pressure, accelerated growth, cultural tension, and reputational risk, faith can subtly shift from governing authority to advisory presence.
This session is a leadership reckoning. Through a structured executive A.U.D.I.T., participants will evaluate whether Christ is functionally shaping their decisions, culture, and influence or simply symbolically present.
This is not inspiration. It is alignment.
The question is not whether you are successful. The question is whether your success is surrendered.
Participants will confront where authority has shifted from surrender to strategy. They will identify unspoken compromises that have been reframed as executive wisdom. They will evaluate whether prayer is shaping major decisions or merely following them. They will assess the downstream spiritual impact of their leadership culture. And they will establish a measurable 30-day correction plan to realign, as needed.
Participants will receive the A.U.D.I.T. Leadership Worksheet, which includes a structured spiritual assessment, alignment scoring, written correction commitments, and a signed leadership acknowledgment.
They will also receive a 30-Day Alignment Tracker with weekly recalibration prompts, measurable progress scoring, and a structured executive accountability process to ensure alignment moves beyond the meeting.
